Workshop 1: we create an understanding of what analytics is and what it isn’t. Through practical examples of how analytics has enabled learning impact performance, we generate multiple hypotheses for your organisation to consolidate and focus your learning activities. During this ideation process, you will receive direct feedback from our experts about feasibility and relevance, so that you begin to a practical grasp of the possibilities of analytics. After the workshop, you will have time to reflect with your organisation which hypotheses are relevant.

Workshop 2: we identify the data sources required for your hypotheses, as well as what legal requirements need to be respected to do people analytics in your organisation. We create a basic analytics framework and governance to operationalise people analytics in your organisation. By the end of the workshop, we prioritise your selected hypotheses based on ability to execute and business relevance.

Workshop 3: we review the first analytics results and determine how this data is turned into actionable data. We create drafts for visually appealing dashboards for your primary stakeholders and decide how to drive adoption. This enables you to make data-driven decisions on how to consolidate your learning operations.

Workshop 1: we jointly review your analysis of the current level of learning engagement to identify at least three quick wins that can immediately boost your learning engagement. By the end of the workshop, we will have an action plan with roles/ responsibilities/ deliverables/ required resources to implement these quick wins.

Workshop 2: we review the impact of the quick wins from the first workshop and identify what worked well inside your organisation. Based on this review, we create a continuous improvement process that enables you to drive learning engagement.
