business model workshop

Workshop 1: we generate, together with the complete learning team, the business model of your current learning department. It enables everyone to view corporate learning from a business perspective. This approach facilitates an internal team alignment and is critical in your change process to create the willingness to transform.

Workshop 2: we create three new business models for your learning department with only your learning team. In a safe environment, your team can explore new options of what learning should be inside your organisation. As a result, you will be able to identify which team members can potentially support you driving the transformation project forward. In a next step, you can involve stakeholders in the business model alignment workshop.

alignment workshop

Workshop 1: we generate as many business models as possible together with all your internal stakeholders. Any and each model is a good idea, and we facilitate creativity by inspiring participants with both company internal and external insights. There is at least one week grace period before workshop two can take place. This way, there is time for everyone to review and reflect.

Workshop 2: we review all models and create a consolidated view with three possible scenarios that could be viable options for your organisation. These three future business model can then be internally challenged and lead to a final future business model of your learning department.

operating model workshop

Workshop 1: we create three possible operating models based on your new business-aligned corporate learning business model. These models will reflect different modes of operation that have the biggest chance of adoption inside your organisation. These three target operating models can then be internally challenged and lead to a final operating model of your learning department.

Workshop 2: we consolidate the three operating models based on the received feedback and decide on a final target operating model to be proposed to the board. During the workshop, we will identify areas where supporting data is required to prepare for the board presentation.

roadmap workshop

  • Maximum 6 participants


Workshop 1: we create a high-level implementation roadmap that allows you to successfully and sustainably implement your new corporate learning approach. We will build a stakeholder map, milestones and a program management office that drives success.

Workshop 2: we create a change management program that emotionally and factually engages all stakeholders to buy into the transformation program. The change management program will combine and align all outputs (the aligned business, operating model, roadmap, resources) to set up the path for success.
